Senior Ruby on Rails Developer

We are seeking a seasoned software engineer with extensive expertise in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale web applications using the Ruby on Rails framework.

About the Role:
  • We require a skilled developer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails development, including knowledge of its best practices, design patterns, and ecosystem.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with multiple programming languages, specifically focusing on Object Oriented Design principles.
  • Familiarity with database management systems (DBMS) such as Postgres, MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, DynamoDB is essential.
  • A deep understanding of RESTful API concepts and experience with implementing Richardson Maturity Model-based services is required.
  • Experience with DevOps/SRE practices and understanding of messaging technologies like Active MQ, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, AWS SNS is a plus.
  • Strong emphasis on writing clean, well-structured code and proficiency in automated unit testing is necessary.
