Job Description

Functional Consultant - SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Consultant with expertise in designing, configuring, and supporting integrations between SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and other applications using SAP CPI.

This role requires both functional knowledge of SAP business processes and technical understanding of cloud-based integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and configure SAP CPI integrations with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and external systems.
  2. Analyze business requirements to translate them into functional integration solutions.
  3. Collaborate with business users, SAP functional teams, and technical developers to deliver end-to-end integration solutions.
  4. Support data migration, middleware configuration, and interface monitoring in SAP CPI.
  5. Ensure integration designs follow best practices in security, scalability, and performance.
  6. Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  7. Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to business and IT teams.
Required Qualifications:
  1. 6+ years of experience as an SAP CPI Consultant with strong functional background.
  2. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (Finance, Procurement, Sales, or Logistics modules preferred).
  3. Solid understanding of SAP CPI architecture, integration patterns (SOAP, REST, OData, IDoc, APIs), and cloud connectors.
  4. Proven experience in end-to-end integration design, testing, and deployment.
  5. Strong business process knowledge across SAP S/4HANA modules and their integration points.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  7. Strong communication and client-facing skills.
