Job Title: Senior Accounts Manager

The key objective of this role is to oversee the entire accounting function, encompassing statutory compliances, financial reporting, and internal control processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and finalize comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and general ledgers.
  • Develop and disseminate Management Information System (MIS) reports, financial forecasts, and sales and account status updates.
  • Manage reconciliations between various departments (Faridabad, Chennai, Bawal, Pune, and others).
  • Oversee customer ledgers, party ledgers, purchase and sales ledgers to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments/debit notes.
  • Prominently handle voucher entries, salary transfers, and annual budget preparation.
  • Review and implement compliance with GST, TDS, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
  • Support customer relationship management by collaborating with internal teams and customers to maximize profitability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in statutory regulations (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software and ERP systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Capacity to deliver precise reports under tight deadlines.
