Real Estate Sales Manager Position

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales Real Estate Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the real estate or commercial leasing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Leasing Commercial Offices: Proactively lease commercial office spaces to achieve occupancy goals by building strong relationships with clients and effectively presenting properties.
- Broker Engagement: Establish strong relationships with brokers, corporate firms, and companies to expand the client network and drive business growth.
- Client Acquisition: Collaborate with real estate brokers to attract and secure new clients, leveraging exceptional negotiation skills to finalize leasing agreements that benefit both clients and the company.
- Property Showcasing: Effectively present the key selling points of properties to prospective clients, emphasizing their unique features and benefits to enhance brand visibility.
- Negotiation: Utilize exceptional negotiation skills to finalize leasing agreements that benefit both clients and the company.
- A proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate or commercial leasing sectors.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and promotional activities.
