Job Summary:

As an AI Innovation Manager, you will design and develop advanced AI models that enhance user experiences through hyper-personalisation. You will collaborate with our passionate team to create solutions that consider user preferences, local contexts, and sustainable practices. Your work will shape the core of AnyFeast's value proposition, delivering delightful, eco-friendly meal solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Personalisation Models: Create and optimise AI models that address user preferences, local contexts, and sustainability goals.
  • Explore AI Techniques Beyond LLMs: Combine large language models with other approaches like Collaborative Filtering, Graph Neural Networks, Reinforcement Learning, Computer Vision, and Knowledge Graphs.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of AI into the AnyFeast platform.
  • Experiment and Innovate: Continuously test new ideas, optimise models, and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
  • Build Scalable Pipelines: Develop and maintain robust AI pipelines for data ingestion, training, and deployment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience with AI/ML model development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of Python programming language and familiarity with AI frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar tools.
  • Experience with collaborative filtering tools, graph-based libraries, reinforcement learning frameworks, and computer vision tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and databases (relational, NoSQL).
