Post-Production Expert

We are seeking a skilled Post-Production Expert to join our team. This role will be responsible for executing high-quality post-production work on photoshoot images, focusing on precise cropping, detailed retouching of faces, hair, skin, and expert correction and manipulation of clothing.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will be passionate about delivering high-quality work and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed post-production retouching on photoshoot images, including product, face, hair, skin, and clothing.
  • Crop images accurately to specified dimensions and compositions.
  • Correct and manipulate clothes—adjust fit, remove wrinkles, enhance textures, and fix color inconsistencies.
  • Retouch skin, smooth textures, and refine hair details to achieve flawless results.
  • Recreate and update mockups aligned with creative briefs and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with photographers, creative leads, and designers to ensure visual consistency and quality.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality output.
  • Maintain organized workflow and file management.
  • Stay updated on latest retouching and manipulation techniques and tools.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in photo retouching and manipulation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
