Senior Tax Specialist

Expertise in statutory compliances, transfer pricing and tax audits are highly sought after in our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Tax Audits: Prepare and review Tax Audits, Transfer Pricing documentation, Income Tax Returns, and statutory forms based on applicable provisions.
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive appeals, submissions, and documentation for cases before Assessing Officer, CIT(A), DRP, and ITAT.
- Case Representation: Assist senior colleagues in representing cases before tax authorities.
- Consultancy: Provide consultancy services on TDS applicability and withholding tax implications for domestic and international transactions.
- Employee Tax Planning: Advise employees on optimal tax structures and incentives to ensure tax-efficient compensation planning.
- International Tax Implications: Collaborate with overseas consultants to finalize tax returns as per local laws and analyze cross-border tax implications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in taxation, compliance, and audit.
- Proficient in Income Tax Law, computation, tax audits, and transfer pricing.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with SAP.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and drafting abilities.
