TPRM Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee third-party risk management and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience assessing vendor risks, conducting due diligence, and implementing effective risk mitigation plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough risk assessments of vendors and ensure their onboarding process aligns with our organization's risk policies.
  • Monitor third-party relationships to guarantee compliance with internal risk frameworks and external regulations.
  • Utilize specialized software to track, assess, and report on vendor risks, ensuring seamless risk management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address identified risks and implement robust risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards highlighting risk metrics and compliance status, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of our TPRM framework, policies, and processes to enhance overall risk posture.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in TPRM, Vendor Risk Management, or GRC roles, preferably with a strong background in risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Familiarity with recognized frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and other relevant standards is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with GRC tools like Archer, ServiceNow, OneTrust, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate vendor controls, contracts, and compliance posture are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
