The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policy positions on TRAI consultation papers and other matters. They will work closely with senior officials within the company and at COAI to build rational and consensual policy positions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex policy documents and develop effective solutions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing policy positions on TRAI consultation papers and other matters
- Engaging with senior officials within the company and at COAI to build rational and consensual policy positions
- Maintaining a proactive approach to monitoring policy environment on key topics
- Identifying future opportunities and roadblocks, and shaping up strategies to address them
- Carrying out research and analysis to support policy positions and organizational objectives
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a government affairs or regulatory policy function, and a strong educational background in a relevant field such as law, management, or public policy.
