About the Role: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic initiatives that inform and accelerate the growth and market leadership of digital payments platforms and products.

  • Provide expert guidance on policies, product strategy, and implementation for digital payment platforms.

  • Represent in high-level discussions, committees, and working groups.
  • Lead, develop, and implement various research and advisory services across business segments, markets, etc. by analyzing market trends, preparing strategic reports while working closely with different stakeholders.
  • Facilitate coordination between internal teams and external partners for seamless integration and rollout.
  • Supervise and review ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination for successful implementation of new systems or upgrades.
  • Contribute to policy creation and updates to align with regulatory norms and best practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in the digital payments domain.
  • Promote innovation within the organization by evaluating new technologies and their applicability.
  • Prepare strategic reports, policy notes, and board-level presentations.
  • Communicate insights, risks, and progress clearly to senior leadership and external partners.
