Facilities Operations Manager

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Executive to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our facilities.
About the Role
We are looking for someone with 6-8 years of experience in operations and facility management who can demonstrate expertise in interacting with clients and staff. You must have impeccable people skills and be able to build rapport quickly. Additionally, you should show your aptitude in developing improvement initiatives and performing under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Facility Management team
• Assist with site audits, floor walks, and ensuring timely training and reporting
• Maintain proper log books and follow up on pending jobs
• Coordinate with various teams such as Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance, and Help Desk
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies
• Develop and implement improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a corporate environment
• Tertiary qualifications in building management and/or business desirable
• Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team
• Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives
• Exposure and experience in dealing with multinational corporate organizations
• Ability to adapt and perform under pressure
• Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Good communication skills
• Years of industry experience: 6-8 years
