Role Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Data Lead to oversee the development of advanced data scraping solutions and lead a high-performing team.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable data extraction tools using technologies like Scrapy and Python libraries.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring timely project delivery and exceptional performance.
  • Implement innovative blocking and captcha-solving techniques to bypass restrictions on web scraping.
  • Conduct reverse engineering of source code and automate interactions with web applications.
  • Manage proxy networks, IP rotation, and SSL unpinning for effective data scraping.
  • Maintain and improve API integrations and data pipelines, guaranteeing seamless data transfer.
  • Ensure high-quality code through effective version control, error handling, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project planning and execution.
  • Monitor performance and provide solutions under high-pressure environments.

 

Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in IT scraping industry.
  • Leadership: Minimum 2 years leading a team of developers.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced Python programming.
    • Captcha solving and blocking handling.
    • Source code reverse engineering.
    • Proxy management and IP rotation.
    • Web application automation and SSL unpinning.
    • API management and version control systems.
    • Error handling, SQL, MongoDB, and Pandas.
