Job Title : MERN Stack Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at Quest Business Solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and a proven ability to develop scalable and efficient web applications. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and deploy web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Full Stack Development : Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Frontend Development : Implement user interfaces with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks, primarily React.js.
  • Backend Development : Design and implement server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Database Management : Work with MongoDB to design and implement database schemas, and ensure data consistency and integrity.
  • API Development : Create and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend components.
  • Code Optimization : Identify and address performance bottlenecks, troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth application operation.

Collaboration and Skills :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Use Git for version control and contribute to the team's best practices in terms of code review and deployment.
  • Write unit tests to ensure the reliability and stability of the codebase, and participate in the overall testing strategy of the project.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and other relevant information.
  • We are looking for a person who has 2 to 4 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of database (Mysql, Mssql, Mongodb).
  • Strong handling of OOPS concepts.
  • Strong proficiency with JavaScript.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Knowledge of node js frameworks like NextJs, NestJS.
  • Good understanding of RESTful APIs.
  • Able to solve complex problems using suitable algorithms and data structures.
  • Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills.
  • Passionate about writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Good communication skills.
