Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the preparation of design deliverables, including Design Basis, Instrumentation & Control systems. They will be responsible for creating Specifications, Instrument Index and I/O List, Functional loop schematics, and Logic Diagrams, Inst. Datasheets, Installation drawings and Hookups, Inst. Location Lay outs, Cable Tray lay outs, Control room lay outs, Cable and Junction Box Schedule, Wiring and Interconnection drawings, Loop Wiring Diagram, MTO, Construction/Erection Tender, CAPEX support, and Interdisciplinary Activities.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with design calculations, such as Inst. Sizing, Control Valve Sizing (InstruCalc, CONVAL), Flow meter sizing, Safety valve sizing, Air and power consumption calculations, Thermowell Wake freq. calculations, UPS Sizing, Transformer sizing, Cable tray sizing, and cable sizing.

We are looking for someone who is familiar with relevant codes and standards applicable to FMCG Plants and NEC standards. The ideal candidate should also have knowledge of wiring schemes for ESD/DCS and RTU/SCADA hardware specification.

Instrument selection is a key aspect of this role, and the successful candidate should have exposure to selecting instruments and systems for Hazardous areas.
