Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HE&OR) professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute observational database analytics and evidence synthesis studies with minimal supervision.
  • Provide consultation on internal RWE databases studies/analyses, including objectives, study design, data source identification, protocol development, statistical analysis, and interpretation.
  • Execute RWE studies/analyses using SAS based on claim database, EMR database, registry data, and public used files.
  • Generate high-quality deliverables (data tables, graphs, charts, study reports).
  • Develop mock table shells, prepare specifications, and ensure quality control on analyses conducted by junior programmers.
  • Effectively manage and track studies/analyses to meet timelines and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Communicate research findings internally and externally as appropriate (conferences, publications).
  • Implement latest methodologies and analytical techniques.
  • Contribute to the education of relevant line functions on RWE methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology, health economics, or related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in observational data studies.
  • Professional programming skills with SAS; SQL and R programming experience are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and study management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex HE&OR results to non-technical teams.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
