This role involves delivering high-quality SAP Finance & Controlling solutions that align with the organization's global business processes. As a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, you will provide expertise in SAP FICO configuration, process improvements, project delivery, and support.

  • Must have good knowledge of Financial Accounting Business Processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze current processes, and gather functional specifications.
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PC, etc.) in alignment with business requirements.
  • Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Analyze complex business processes and propose best-practice SAP solutions.
  • Support rollouts and global template deployments for new company codes, legal entities, and business units.
  • Work closely with other SAP functional and technical consultants (SD, MM, PP, BASIS, ABAP) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvements — including RISE with SAP projects.
  • Support users during UAT, data migration, and cutover activities.
  • Provide day-to-day L2/L3 support for SAP FICO issues and coordinate with partners if applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Create and maintain clear functional documentation and training materials.
