**Requirements:**
- Graduate in Marketing with 1-3 years of sales experience in digital products/services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and business outreach
- Ability to work independently and hit sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
