Regulatory Expert

As a Regulatory Expert, you will be responsible for managing regulatory submissions and ensuring compliance with statutory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle filings, tariff determination, petitions, and compliance with regulatory frameworks
  • Provide end-to-end support in regulatory submissions to Commissions/Utilities
  • Draft, compile, and submit regulatory petitions, reports, replies to queries, and objections raised by commissions or stakeholders
  • Conduct analysis on existing policies, tariff orders, and guidelines to ensure alignment with statutory frameworks

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the power sector regulatory framework and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Power / Energy discipline with MBA / PGDM in Finance or Power Management
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the power sector regulatory framework
  • Strong hands-on expertise in filings, tariff determination, and petitions before Commissions
