Key Responsibilities:
  1. Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements.
  2. Perform financial due diligence on behalf of middle market companies and private equity firms.
  3. Aggregate, manipulate, and analyze company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends.
  4. Write detailed reports to present findings to clients.
  5. Develop creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks.
  6. Interface with senior executives of clients and target companies.
  7. Manage team responsibilities and prioritize tasks.
  8. Work on multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
