About the RoleThis role involves providing support to clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities- Process and activate new currency trading accounts
- Perform back-office operations, including transactions, deposits, and withdrawals
- Translate documents and communicate with foreign language-speaking clients
- Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- English – Fluent Level (written and verbal)
- Chinese – Working Proficiency
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of proprietary software is a plus
- Prior operational or customer service experience is beneficial
