Financial Reporting Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving group reporting and preparing consolidation-ready financials, while ensuring timely closures of quarterly statutory audits. This involves managing regulatory reporting, including BAP submissions, public disclosures, and Life Council reporting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive group reporting and prepare consolidation-ready financials;
  • Manage regulatory reporting, including BAP submissions and public disclosures;
  • Ensure timely closures of quarterly statutory audits;
  • Maintain and update the Internal Control Framework in line with evolving processes and system changes;
  • Ensure timely SEBI compliances for listed debentures and maintain impeccable documentation.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-10 years of relevant post-qualification experience;
  • Proven life insurance experience in financials and regulatory reporting;
  • Strong knowledge of IND AS, accounting standards, SEBI and IRDAI regulations;
  • Demonstrated experience in group reporting, statutory audit management, internal controls, and compliance.
