VFX Mastery Instructor

As an experienced Animation & Rigging Mentor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills of our in-house artists at Imagia Studios.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in Hollywood film productions to provide guidance and direction to our team, focusing on Animation principles and techniques.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive training sessions on Autodesk Maya and Blender software, covering basic to advanced topics in an engaging manner.
• Special emphasis will be placed on teaching various animation styles (realistic, cartoonish, stylized) and rigging techniques.
• Collaborate with animators and riggers to ensure seamless integration between Maya and Blender.
• Design and implement effective training programs to enhance individual skills and promote career growth.
• Share insights and experiences as a seasoned animator and rigger in the global cinema industry.

Requirements:

• Mastery of animation principles and rigging using Blender and Maya software.
• Strong understanding of animation workflows and pipelines.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to address animation issues independently of tools.
• Adaptability to adjust animation style to suit project requirements.
• Ability to create rigging that facilitates animators and adapt rigs to animation styles.
• Excellent mentoring and communication skills.
