As a Manufacturing Engineer - CNC Machines, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects involving CNC machines. Your responsibilities will include machine testing, component prove-out, and commissioning at customer sites. You will also be responsible for interfacing with cross-functional teams, ensuring safety compliance, and participating in lean projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct machine testing and component prove-out to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Commission and test CNC machines at customer sites.
  • Interface with sales, design, SCM, inspection, electrical, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Participate in lean projects and initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the machine tool industry, preferably in VTL, SPM, HMC, or VMC.
  • Hands-on experience with CNC machines, programming, and component prove-out.
  • Certifications in manufacturing process, metal cutting application engineering, lean manufacturing, and safety are preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
