About this role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage financial statements, analyze bank statements and general ledgers, post journal entries, maintain fixed assets, and prepare compliance reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with financial statement preparation
  • Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
  • Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
  • Maintain and record fixed assets
  • Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary
  • Prepare court-mandated annual accounting reports and inventories

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Attention to Detail: Crucial for ensuring accuracy of financial records
  • Accounting Software Proficiency: Expertise in TALLY and Microsoft Excel necessary
