You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design & Brand Development, Supply Chain, Procurement, Product Development, and Packaging Suppliers, to drive consumer-focused, innovative, and optimized packaging solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • \
  • Coordinating with designers and other members of the content team to develop optimal design/packaging solutions\
  • Maintaining records of packaging requirements and predicting packaging needs based on information supplied to ensure timely delivery and minimal stockouts\
  • Negotiating with vendors to secure the best quality and lowest rates possible\
  • Finding new vendors and developing existing relationships\
  • Coordinating with vendors to ensure all requirements are conveyed and met, with strict quality checks in place\
  • Visiting vendor facilities to conduct thorough quality checks\
  • Ensuring every piece of packaging delivered meets high-quality standards\
  • Teaching packaging staff proper techniques and maintaining quality control\
  • Proactively coordinating with marketing and product teams to predict packaging requirements and ensure adequate supply\
  • Ensuring packaging is fit for purpose, compatible with FDA regulations, and meets specific geographic regulations\
  • Collaborating with quality and warehouse departments to monitor and document daily activities, ensuring efficient working practices and continuous improvement\
  • Taking ownership of sample development and quality assurance, securing approvals from relevant authorities\
