The Career Opportunities Coordinator is a key role within Life Educare Pvt. Ltd., responsible for overseeing the International Baccalaureate (IB) programs and ensuring their successful implementation. This individual will work closely with faculty, students, parents, and the IB organization to ensure high-quality delivery of the MYP curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Ensure adherence to IB standards and practices while fostering an environment that supports the academic and personal growth of students.
- Curriculum and Assessment: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the IB framework, including assessment practices, and provide guidance on curriculum development and interdisciplinary teaching strategies.
- Teacher Support and Professional Development: Provide training and support to teachers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver the MYP curriculum effectively.
- Student Support and Guidance: Foster a culture of open communication with all stakeholders, including students, parents, and staff, to ensure that student needs are met and addressed promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in education or a related field (Master's degree preferred). A recognized IB teaching certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar profile & Overall 5 years of IB experience is COMPULSORY. Significant experience in teaching and/or leadership roles within an IB school or similar international educational context.
- Strong understanding of the IB framework (MYP, DP, CP).
