Working Hours: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST (Monday–Friday)
Job DescriptionProduct Strategy & Execution:
- Owning the Product Roadmap: Aligning technical capabilities with business goals to drive strategic decision-making.
- Technical Requirements: Defining clear system architecture with engineering teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Sprint Planning: Prioritizing the product backlog to meet business objectives.
- Product Success Metrics: Tracking and measuring success through data-driven decisions.
Technical Leadership:
- Partnerships: Collaborating with engineering teams on technical feasibility and architecture decisions.
- Complex Concept Explanation: Translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Guidance: Providing direction to development teams through technical trade-offs and dependencies.
- Staying Updated: Staying informed about technology trends to inform product decisions.
Stakeholder Management:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working effectively with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams.
- Feedback Synthesis: Gathering and synthesizing feedback from technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Product Progress Updates: Presenting product strategy and progress to leadership.
- Customer Engagement: Engaging directly with customers to understand technical needs.
Qualifications:
- Product Management Experience: 3+ years in a technology company.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technology Expertise: Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and computer vision technologies.
- Cross-Functional Team Experience: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales.
- Delivering Products: Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Communication Abilities: Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
