As a Retail Lending Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing client relationships in the retail lending segment. You will identify lending needs and provide suitable product solutions to customers while ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance.

The role involves generating business through referrals, branch walk-ins, corporate tie-ups, and direct outreach. You will understand customers' financial needs and recommend appropriate lending products, providing end-to-end support from documentation to disbursement.

You will work under pressure to meet revenue targets and have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A customer-first approach with high ethical standards is essential for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Source new clients for retail lending products such as home loans, personal loans, auto loans, and credit cards.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned lending products.
  • Ensure cross-selling of allied products where relevant.
  • Adhere to credit underwriting norms, KYC requirements, and internal compliance policies.
