Job Summary

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying business needs, developing solutions, and implementing process improvements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze data, and provide recommendations to optimize business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to identify training needs and understand customer applications and processes
  • Derive actionable insights and use cases to improve digital adoption
  • Consult and propose optimal digital adoption solutions using the client Product Ecosystem
  • Help develop standards and guidelines for deliverables across projects
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Technical/Engineering bachelor's/Professional degree
  • Background in Software Development/Solutions/Professional Services preferred
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience
  • Good presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical Experience: Hands-on experience with ReactJS, Javascript, CSS, HTML, Rest APIs, and systems architecture required
