We are seeking an exceptional Senior Backend Developer with expertise in the banking domain to join our team. As a key player in our technology ecosystem, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications tailored to the specific needs of our banking clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications that ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Java, Spring Frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices Architecture principles).
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
  • Utilize strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithm to optimize application logic and database interactions.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation within relational databases.
  • Evaluate the application's usability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Implement and maintain automated testing suites to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely solutions to address technical challenges.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in banking and financial services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Backend Developer with a focus on Coding and Development Hands-on Exp.
  • Proficiency in Java programming language and hands-on experience with Spring Frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).
  • Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture principles and experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • In-depth knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithm for designing efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Proficient in SQL with experience working with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
  • Experience with Spring Security in any of the Projects.
  • Experience with DevOps Tools Like Docker for containerization, Kubernetes for orchestration.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 depending on location and experience.
