Backend Engineer

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Backend Engineer to join its dynamic R&D team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, designing, and developing new features and capabilities for our microservices backend.

  • Plan, design, and develop our platform's architecture.
  • Maintain and improve existing infrastructure, tools, and workflows.
  • Evaluate quality software delivery through automated component testing, end-to-end testing, and performance testing.
  • Explore and recommend innovative approaches to enhance our platform's performance and scalability.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering from a reputable institution.
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Software/Backend Engineer in Python.
  • A strong understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases, leveraging data modeling solutions for scalability and performance.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
  • Expertise in microservices architecture, including REST APIs and message queues.
  • A strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
