Key Business Analyst Position

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales data analysis, CRM systems, and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and management to set realistic targets and goals.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline sales processes.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and benchmarks.
  • Support strategy development and decision-making based on performance data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to spot patterns and anomalies in sales data.
  • Expertise in data interpretation, manipulation, and visualization.
  • Experience with complex data analysis and tools, such as CRM applications (e.g., SFDC, SAP, Excel).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Business Management, Business Administration, Data Science/Analytics, or Sales required; advanced degree or certification preferred.
