The Shopping Experience Protection Operations team is responsible for investigating and eliminating online ecommerce risk. We work with a wide range of stakeholders, including risk analysts, risk engineers, and third-parties.
Job DescriptionThis role involves analyzing complex transactions and authenticating customers using excellent judgment and problem-solving skills. You will work independently with minimal supervision and be required to make decisions with a high degree of accuracy.
As an SPRO Investigator, you will engage in frequent written and verbal communication with department management, risk analysts, and other company associates to accomplish goals. You may also be required to contact customers by phone.
Requirements- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Fluent English language skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Flexible schedule requirements (weekends, nights, holidays)
- Background in payments or e-commerce
You will be required to have the following skills:
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work productively and efficiently in an independent setting
- Clear communication with managers and associates at all levels
- Global perspective and understanding of business objectives
- Excellent attention to detail and work with high accuracy
