QAQC Engineer

Azista Industries Private Limited and Berlin Space Technologies GmBH are partnering in Ahmedabad to create a unique satellite production facility.

The QA/QC Engineer role involves ensuring the reliability, safety, and compliance of space-grade components and systems.

• Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and standards (e.g., ISRO-PAS, ECSS, MIL-STD).
• Participate in design reviews to ensure quality requirements are embedded.
• Conduct audits and process evaluations across vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure traceability and configuration control of components and documentation.
• Support risk management and failure mode analysis (FMEA, FTA).

• Perform inspection and testing of incoming components, in-process assemblies, and final products.
• Monitor and verify compliance with ATPs (Acceptance Test Procedures), PID, and DTRs.
• Coordinate environmental testing (thermal, vibration, EMI/EMC) and review results.
• Investigate non-conformances and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain calibration and certification records of test equipment.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is required for this position.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in aerospace or space systems.
• Familiarity with standards like ECSS, ISRO-PAS, MIL-STD-883, IPC-A-610.
• Hands-on experience with inspection tools, test benches, and environmental chambers.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
