• Monitor shipment status and address any delays or issues.
• Negotiate rates and agreements with transport providers to ensure optimal costs.
• Maintain strong relationships with shipping and logistics partners for efficient operations.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to track inventory levels and plan shipments.
• Ensure proper stock allocation and shipping priorities to avoid overstock or stockouts.
• Handle shipping documentation, including invoices and bills of lading.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the delivery process.
• Provide regular updates to internal teams on shipment status and any issues.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce logistics.
• Strong knowledge of policies, procedures, and systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
