Branch Leader

This role is responsible for overseeing the overall performance and profitability of a branch, driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

• Develop and implement field-marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
• Plan, conduct, and monitor branch-level marketing activities to maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and achieve sales targets.
• Focus on customer engagement for new acquisitions and retention of existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct accurate valuation and appraisal of gold ornaments, with precise weight and purity assessment.
• Jointly manage the vault and ensure secure safekeeping of pledged securities.
• Maintain control over non-performing assets through strong follow-ups and interest collections, minimizing financial risks.
• Recruit, train, and coach employees, providing timely feedback on their performance and contributing to their professional development.
• Monitor and improve the quality and performance of business operations, preparing reports and taking necessary actions for growth and improvement.
