  • We are seeking an experienced AIOps Automation Expert to join our team in implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow AIOps platform for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data input sources and define Service to monitor
  2. Create and configure new data inputs, data sources, provisioning requirements, data ingestion/data configuration, validate streaming sources
  3. Configure data input mapping and validate/create source type structure
  4. Deploy and expand more services
  5. Contribute to technical design documents, architectural blueprints, and integrations strategies

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience working as an ITOM expert
  • 2+ years of experience working as an AIOps implementer
  • Hands-on experience required
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow with 3rd party tools
  • Mid Server expertise is beneficial
  • Event management experience is a must
  • Any ITOM certification is preferred
