Job Title: Experienced Full Stack Engineer Specialist

Overview of the Role

This position involves building and leading a team to develop an AI-driven vision platform. The chosen candidate will be responsible for creating the entire software ecosystem that transforms cutting-edge military object detection models into production-ready systems.

The selected individual will leverage the latest AI development tools to build at high speed while maintaining enterprise-grade quality and security standards.

This is a fast-paced, AI-native role where you'll work on multiple projects simultaneously and balance technical challenges with speed of delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing image processing pipelines for satellite data ingestion and preprocessing
  • Integrating AI models for object detection and classification
  • Implementing quality control systems for automated validation and human review
  • Designing data management platforms for storing, indexing, and retrieving intelligence data
  • Creating end-user interfaces for intelligence dissemination and visualization
  • Building scalable infrastructure using cloud-native architecture
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering with 2+ years in AI/ML system integration
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams (2-10 developers)
  • Experience shipping production ML/AI systems at scale
AI-Native Expertise
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, GPT-4)
  • Ability to use AI assistants for rapid prototyping, code generation, and debugging
  • Experience with AI-powered testing, documentation, and deployment tools
  • Track record of delivering projects 2-3x faster than traditional development approaches
Technical Skills
  • Backend development: Python, Node.js, or Go for high-performance systems
  • Computer vision integration: Experience with OpenCV, PIL, and ML model deployment
  • Database systems: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar for geospatial and metadata storage
  • Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure with container orchestration
  • API development: RESTful and GraphQL APIs for system integration
