Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, automation with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Cypress, Tosca, TestNG, JUnit, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Typescript, or C# for test automation.
  • Solid understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar.
  • Proven ability to design and implement robust, scalable automation frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
