About the Role:

At SIMBA, we are seeking a highly skilled Partnership Lead to drive growth by establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with banks, NBFCs, and insurance partners. This key role will play a critical part in driving business outcomes through effective partnership management, ensuring mutual benefits, and enhancing collaboration for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building & Management: Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies, acting as the main point of contact for partners.
  • Strategic Alliances: Develop partnership strategies that align with SIMBA's goals and drive business outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize the value of partnerships.
  • Contract Negotiation & Execution: Lead contract negotiations and manage agreements with partners, ensuring win-win outcomes, and maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Growth & Performance Monitoring: Drive initiatives that maximize the value of each partnership, focusing on revenue generation and growth opportunities, monitoring and analyzing partnership performance.
  • Market & Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, identifying new partnership opportunities within the banking, NBFC, and insurance sectors.
  • Innovation & Collaboration: Innovate partnership models to drive competitive advantage, collaborating with partners to co-create value-added solutions for mutual growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances within the banking, NBFC, or insurance sectors.
  • Skills :
    • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
    • Analytical skills to evaluate partnership performance and business growth potential.
  • Education :
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
