UX Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UX designer to join our team. As a UX designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our users.

About the Role

The UX designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
  • Make strategic design and user experience decisions related to core and new functions and features
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate on designs
  • Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
  • Create user personas through research and data analysis
  • Solve UX challenges creatively (e.g., usability, findability)
  • Collaborate with UI designers to implement attractive, functional designs
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
Requirements
  • 3+ years of UX design experience (preferably with complex, full digital environments)
  • Expertise in UX design tools such as Sketch
  • Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and deliver complete user experiences
  • Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles
  • Proficient in user-centered design (UCD), user research, testing (A/B), rapid prototyping, heuristic evaluations, usability, and accessibility
  • Ability to iterate efficiently and make intelligent design decisions
  • Experience in graphic design and social media collateral creation (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual design
  • Excellent communication skills for sharing design concepts and rationale
  • Passion for UX, design thinking, and solving user pain points
  • Openness to feedback and a growth mindset
  • Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus
