  • We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to oversee the production process of our contract manufacturers and ensure seamless execution of production programs.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management and manufacturing operations methodologies, tools, and processes.


Responsibilities:

  1. Contract Manufacturer Management:
    • Oversight of end-to-end engagement with contract manufacturers, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and delivery targets.
    • Establishment and maintenance of strong relationships with CMs, fostering collaboration and accountability.
    • Monitoring of production schedules, resolution of bottlenecks, and ensuring smooth execution of manufacturing plans.
  3. Program Execution & Operations Excellence:
    • Leadership of program execution from prototype to mass production, ensuring operational readiness at CMs.
    • Definition and tracking of program milestones, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Drive of lean manufacturing principles and process optimizations to improve efficiency.
  5. Technical & Process Engineering Coordination:
    • Collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering, Design, and Quality teams to ensure manufacturability and process robustness.
    • Identification and resolution of technical challenges related to part assembly, automation, and yield improvement.
    • Drive of design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) practices in partnership with engineering teams.
  7. Supply Chain & Cost Optimization:
    • Close work with the Global Supply Manager to optimize sourcing strategies and ensure cost-effective production.
    • Identification of opportunities for cost reduction through value engineering and supplier negotiations.
    • Ensure CM capacity planning aligns with forecasted demand.
  9. Quality & Compliance:
    • Ensurance that contract manufacturers comply with Rotimatic's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address nonconformities.
    • Conduction of periodic audits and performance reviews of CMs.
  11. Risk Management & Problem-Solving:
    • Proactive identification of risks in the supply chain and manufacturing process and implementation of mitigation plans.
    • Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for production issues.
    • Ensure business continuity by managing alternate sources and contingency plans.
  13. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:
    • Service as the primary point of contact between Rotimatic and contract manufacturers.
    • Provide regular updates to leadership on program status, risks, and opportunities.
    • Maintenance of program documentation, including timelines, KPIs, and cost analysis.
