Project Coordinator-Localisation/Translation

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.

This role is responsible for the overall coordination of localisation/translation projects from inception to delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality outputs.

  • The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the field of localisation/translation.
  • They will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive in identifying risks and suggesting process improvements.
Responsibilities:
  • Review and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project guidelines for all deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Monitor and report on project progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
