Job Title: Remote AI Engineer (Python)

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to join our team and work on cutting-edge AI models.

The Role:

  • Hire top talent in Python development to support the creation of next-generation AI systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop efficient Python code that supports AI training pipelines, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with researchers to generate and refine datasets for SFT and RLHF workflows.
  • Evaluate model performance using Evals and assess model outputs to provide clear feedback.
  • Maintain clean code and documentation to ensure reproducibility and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Python with strong debugging and optimization skills.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks, concurrency, multi-threading, and async programming.
  • Experience with code quality, architectural patterns, and refactoring.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills in English.
