Job Title: AI Innovation Specialist

About the Role

The goal is straightforward: build minimum viable products, test go-to-market strategies, and if we find product-market fit, scale to production-grade systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI applications from concept to working MVPs.
  • Experiment with diverse approaches, frameworks, and models to drive innovation.
  • Deliver high-quality applications quickly and gather feedback from real users.
  • Iterate rapidly and scale successful projects to production level.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder on product direction and technical strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong coding skills and hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs).

Experience in building and deploying applications, not just models.

Curiosity to explore new ideas, tackle complex challenges, and learn quickly.

Comfort with ambiguity, high-speed execution, and adapting to changing directions when data indicates so.

Ability to work independently and own projects from start to finish.
