Job Title: Treasury Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day treasury operations, ensuring efficient fund management, and monitoring company funds.

• Manage cash flow, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations to ensure liquidity at all times.
• Monitor and manage the company's liquidity position to ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operational and payment needs.
• Coordinate with internal departments for payment planning and forecasting.
• Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and mutual fund partners.
• Optimize returns on surplus funds through short-term investments in accordance with company policy.
• Track and report on fund utilization, bank balances, and investment performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare regular treasury reports and dashboards for senior management.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Treasury Operations or Fund Management.
• Experience working in Mutual Funds, Banks, or Financial Institutions is mandatory.
• A strong understanding of financial instruments, cash management, and liquidity forecasting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems/tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Prior experience in corporate treasury operations and investment strategies is a plus.
