Job Summary:

The Customer Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in our organization by providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support in Malayalam via phone, email, and chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Understand and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in developing and improving customer support processes and resources.
  • Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Team Environment: Contribute to a positive team environment and company culture.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken Malayalam and English.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer support role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • CRM Knowledge: Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and practices.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information securely.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Positive Attitude: Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
