Job Title:

A Quality Assurance Specialist is required to support the team in ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily processes for complaint management, including identifying, reporting, and escalating critical issues.
  • Perform reconciliations with stakeholders, such as NPS and MedInfo, and respond to clients with the final outcome of complaints.
  • Present Quality trends, evaluate, and drive Continuous improvement for processes and product quality performance.
  • Establish and maintain local Quality Systems and Standard Operating Procedures for all GxP-related activities, ensuring compliance through training and internal audits.
  • Collect, monitor, and report Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for management reporting.
  • Support Health Authority inspections and internal audits by supplying information and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Manage processes and systems for all GxP Quality Assurance, including Change control, Training Management, Escalation Management, and Risk Management.

  • Quality standards are understood, designed into work activity, and achieved.
  • Support projects with agreed quality and delivery dates, passing internal and external inspections.
