Job Title: UX Designer

We're seeking a Principal UX Designer in India to join our product experience group. This role covers a suite of enterprise and consumer-facing solutions that simplify how teams create, manage, and order custom print and digital promotional items.

The Principal UX Designer will focus on end-to-end user experiences for both admins and customers, enabling admins to manage budgets and permissions, and helping customers purchase, track orders, and access real-time support. This requires holistic approach collaborating across teams to ensure seamless, scalable, and best-in-class service.

This role also demands strong UX leadership across product teams and initiatives, influencing priorities within the domain, and aligning with cross-functional partners and senior leaders on system-oriented experiences supporting strategic goals.

You'll actively mentor junior designers, model high-quality design practices, and contribute to hiring efforts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conceptualizing new product design solutions that evolve and differentiate the user experience for our customers.
  • Shaping ambiguous ideas into concrete user stories and innovative product experiences using a user-centered design process.
  • Collaborating with data scientists to experiment and evolve design composition and design generation algorithms.
  • Ensuring generated designs meet quality standards for admins and customers.
  • Driving cross-functional alignment, pushing creativity, and challenging established thinking.
  • Contributing thought leadership and design execution towards a long-term user experience strategy and vision.
  • Planning and executing user research learning agendas with data, consumer insights, and utilizing research findings as inspiration for new product concepts.
  • Fostering a strong, user-centered design practice and evangelizing UX + Design within the organization.
