Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Data Coordinator to support our content management processes. This role involves collaborating with producers, managing data, ensuring accurate file uploads, and maintaining the overall hygiene of assets in our internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and organize raw data dumps using Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
  • Work with audio producers to receive and manage audio files, ensuring correct file versions are maintained.
  • Utilize AI tools/software to assist with audio mastering and ensure metadata accuracy.
  • Upload and manage finalized master files in the Content Management System.
  • Maintain file hygiene, metadata accuracy, and proper asset tagging.
  • Learn and adapt to internal tools for data and asset management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies or missing assets.
  • Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with operational workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, data cleaning, formatting, reporting).
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn internal tools and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data/file hygiene.
  • Experience in uploading and handling digital assets (CMS knowledge preferred).
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in operations, content management, or data handling is beneficial.
